From foundational skills to elite performance, our programs are tailored to develop well-rounded athletes

Age Group Divisions

Players are placed in age-specific groups to ensure structured development at every stage. Each age category is designed to enhance technical skills, teamwork, confidence, and game understanding through age-appropriate training and progression.

3–5 years: Little Kickers
6–8 years: Foundation
9–11 years: Development
12–14 years: Performance
15–18 years: Elite/Advanced

Junior Football Academy

Junior Football Training is designed to introduce young players to football in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Girls Performance & Advance Development Program

At Triumph Sports Academy, we are committed to empowering girls through football by providing a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where players of all ages and abilities can learn, grow, and excel. Our Girls' Football Programme offers a clear pathway for player development, from beginners taking their first steps in the game to advanced players seeking higher levels of competition. Training sessions are carefully structured to ensure every player progresses at her own pace while enjoying the game and developing a lifelong passion for football.
